3. Booking and Payment
All campsite reservations made through boarswood.com must be secured with a valid form of payment at the time of booking. Prices listed are per night unless otherwise noted and are subject to availability. Taxes, service fees, or other charges may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation.
No reservation is confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email. If a campsite provider cancels your reservation, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by campsite and are disclosed at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to review and accept these policies before completing your reservation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. No-shows or early departures may not be eligible for refunds.
5. Code of Conduct at Campsites
While at a campsite reserved through Boarswood.com, you agree to adhere to all posted rules, local laws, and campsite-specific policies. Disruptive behavior, destruction of property, or failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in removal from the site without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, icons, text, software, and design, is the property of South Loop Creative Studio or its content providers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy Policy
